Position Description:

A key position within the customer service team is the RCC Senior Customer Service Specialist. The role of this one is to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. You will be expected to use your knowledge and expertise to provide efficient, timely and accurate resolutions to our customers. All customer requests will be handled in an effective manner if you work closely with the customer service team members.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as being able to handle difficult customers in a professional manner are required.
