Apple is seeking a Senior Program Manager (OPM) to support the Global Repair Center/Apple Care Repair Services business. This position is an individual contributor role that provides quality service, productivity and skills.

This person is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of Repair Center (RC) operations supporting Apple Care by ensuring the best service and highest manufacturing practices possible. The ideal candidate is a professional with experience in plant engineering and data-driven methods.

3 years of professional industry experience leading operational improvement, product innovation, supply chain management (operations/operations), customer support, development or operations/engineering
Consistent experience in solving complex problems, i.e. developing creative solutions and developing suppliers to provide and/or design mechanical solutions.
Ability to use data analysis tools (eg Tableau) to analyze complex data sets.
Ability to manage competing priorities and data and deliver results along the way
10-25% domestic travel

Explanation:

Manage day-to-day operations for various improvements in collaboration with subordinates
Challenge and motivate the subcontractor to implement changes in the production process and act as a project manager in situations where the subcontractor needs guidance/assistance.
