Position Description:

A CapEx Program Manager is a leader in the delivery of capital expenditure projects. They are responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of all phases of a large-scale capital project. Excellent leadership skills and an ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders are required in this role.

The CapEx Program Manager is the point of contact for the capital spend program. Tracking progress, identifying risks, and creating strategies to address them are some of the things this includes. They need to provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders, as well as develop and execute plans to minimize risk and maximize efficiency. They will be responsible for monitoring budget and resource allocations, negotiating contracts with external partners, and coordinating resources across the different departments involved in a project.
