You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ticket sales, and gate services to all passengers flying in and out of MCI.

As a customer service agent, your primary responsibilities will include greeting passengers, checking tickets and IDs, answering questions about flight schedules and directions, assisting with baggage check-in and security procedures, and helping passengers board their flights. You will be expected to operate computerized ticketing systems, present boarding passes and tickets, provide information on airline policies and regulations, and answer general customer inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining the front desk area, ensuring accurate ticketing, and monitoring boarding and departures.

The ideal candidate for this job has good communication skills. You should be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Strong customer service skills and a desire to serve customers with a positive attitude are what you should have. Knowledge of airport operations, airline rules and regulations, and ticketing systems is a plus.
