Looking for a qualified individual with extensive experience in Microsoft eco system, including SharePoint and Power Automate, for a project of redesigning intranet website according to requirements below:
1. Design and implement SharePoint structure based on current organization business functions. Advise on best-practices and design with growth in mind.
2. Design security groups / O365 groups to separate access to content based on job function, including special permissions for content managers and cross-functional access. Automate group assignments and access based on job function wherever possible.
3. Enhance search functionality, make it easy for users to find relevant information based on job function and/or business function. Design and implement content tagging.
4. Develop UKG Pro connector to sync updates between platforms and including relevant contents for employees on HR communication site
