Position Description:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our company to customers and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in order to ensure that all customer requests are met. Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard by providing customers with advice and guidance on the best service options for their vehicle. You will have overall responsibility for the efficient running of the service department.

Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills are required in order to successfully deliver customer satisfaction and build loyalty among our customers. It would be beneficial to have a good working knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving customer inquiries, explaining service packages and options, scheduling appointments, managing customer records, and tracking progress on jobs.
