CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• 6 months experience in a call center environment, retail or restaurant
• Ability to work remote, independent worker and responsible
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have tremendous empathy and compassion

Job Details:

• $16/HR
• Must be flexible to work either 8am-5:30pm EST or 12:30pm-9pm EST (they will choose your shift for you)
• Monday-Friday
• Long-term temporary position
• Remote position
• Responsible for timely and accurate adjudication of future Medical Banking Reimbursement Requests initiated by internal & external customers
• Review reimbursement request submissions to verify
