You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives. The highest level of customer service is provided if supervisors provide guidance, coaching and support to team members. Ensuring that all customer service targets are met is part of the role. Developing strategies to improve customer service processes, implementing new and improved customer service initiatives, and providing feedback to the team on their performance are some of the things this position entails.
