Identification Process:
u2022 Utilize the internal Taleo database, Job Boards, and Social Media platforms to identify potential candidates
u2022 Create job requirements on targeted job boards to increase the available candidate pool
u2022 Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement employment
u2022 Identify networking activities, i.e., Meetups, Professional Association meetings, Training Classes, etc. Hiring Process: u2022 Work with client MSP Program Coordinators and Direct Clients filling large volumes of technical and professional requirements
u2022 Responsible for screening candidates to ensure technical qualifications meet client requirements stated on requisitions
u2022 Conduct skills testing, office and client interviews, and reference checks
u2022 Attend weekly client meetings to discuss open requisition status
u2022 Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms
u2022 Maintain excellent documentation in the Taleo Applicant Tracking System Management Process:
u2022 Prepare resumes for presentation to clients
u2022 Manage candidate submission directly to the client or through client VMS
u2022 Meet with candidates via video call
u2022 Coach candidates through the client interview process
u2022 Build relationships with contract employees
