Position Description:

The Senior Operations Manager is a highly visible position and requires an individual with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the business. You will lead a team of Operations Managers. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes and procedures, enhance customer service, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
